What the quiz does
The quiz shows practice questions one at a time. A visitor picks an answer and sees straight away whether it was right, the correct answer if it was not, and a short explanation. A running score sits above each question, and at the end of a set the visitor sees the final score with a breakdown by topic and can start a new set, which draws a fresh mix of questions.
The questions are 80 original multiple-choice questions on the national portion of the salesperson exam, grouped by the eight topic areas of the national exam content outline: real property and land use, ownership and title, value and appraisal, contracts and agency, real estate practice, disclosures and environmental issues, financing and settlement, and real estate math. They are the same questions as the free practice exam on agentlicenses.com. State law questions are not included.
Setting it up
After you add the app, the quiz appears on your page with ten questions from all topics. Click the quiz in your site editor and open its settings to choose one topic or all topics, sets of 5, 10 or 20 questions, the heading, light or dark colors or your site's own, an accent color and the font. Each copy of the quiz keeps its own settings, so you can place a different topic on each page. A topic with fewer questions than the set length, such as real estate math with seven, shows all of its questions.
There is also an optional small text link to the full practice exam on agentlicenses.com, shown on the score screen. It is off unless you turn it on in the settings.
The quiz adjusts to the width it is given and works on phones. It uses no pop-ups and needs no account, either for you or for your visitors.
Privacy in short
The questions are built into the app, so the quiz makes no requests to our servers or anyone else's, sets no cookies and stores nothing. A visitor's answers stay in their browser tab and are gone when the page is closed. The full policy is on the privacy page, and the conditions of use are on the terms page.
