Who we are
The Agent Licenses Exam Quiz is a free app made by Agent Licenses (agentlicenses.com). It adds a real estate exam practice quiz to websites. This policy covers the app only. You can reach us about it at hello@agentlicenses.com.
Site visitors
The quiz collects nothing about the people who use it. The questions, answers and explanations are built into the app, so the quiz makes no requests to our servers or to any other service, sets no cookies, and stores nothing in the browser. A visitor's answers and score exist only in their open browser tab and are gone when the page is closed or reloaded. We have no analytics or advertising code in the quiz and we never see who took it or how they scored.
If a site owner turns on the optional link to the full practice exam, a visitor who clicks it opens agentlicenses.com in a new tab. From that point the agentlicenses.com website is being visited directly, outside the app.
Site owners
To install any app, the website platform grants it a basic permission to read site details such as the site's name, language and the owner's account email. The quiz does not use this permission: the app has no server of its own and makes no calls to read site, business, contact, member, order or form data. The platform's developer dashboard shows us summary information about installations, such as how many sites have the app. We use it only to understand how the app is used and to support it, and we never sell it, add it to a mailing list or use it to send marketing.
If you email us for support, we use your message and email address only to answer you, and we keep the correspondence for as long as it is useful for support.
Children
The quiz is meant for adults preparing for a professional licensing exam. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Because the app holds no personal data about visitors, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on their behalf. Site owners who have written to us can ask us to delete that correspondence at any time by emailing hello@agentlicenses.com.
Changes
If the app ever starts handling personal information, we will update this policy before that change ships and show the new date at the top of this page.
