PSI's bulletin lists the national content areas as percentages and the Georgia supplement as item counts (16, 21 and 15); its sample score report shows 100 national and 52 Georgia items, so the timed exam draws exactly those counts. The bulletin gives no time limit, so the time on our timed exam is this site's own practice choice. Georgia's statutes are only published free on a site behind a robot check, so the Georgia questions here come from the Commission's rules.

2How the Georgia salesperson exam works
- Two parts. The salesperson exam has a national part and a Georgia part: the bulletin's sample score report shows 100 national and 52 Georgia items, and the Georgia outline adds up to 52 items.
- Experimental items. Up to ten unscored experimental items may be added; they count against your time, so answer everything.
- Score. Your score is shown on screen at the end and emailed; if you fail, the report breaks down your weak areas. The bulletin states no passing score and no time limit.
- Fee. The examination fee is $175 each time you sit it.
- After you pass. Apply for your license within three months of the exam, or pay twice the application fee; after twelve months you must pass it again.

3A sample Georgia question
This is one of the Georgia questions in the pass, shown with its explanation and the law it comes from.
A listing salesperson receives a signed offer on a client's home. The offer is well below the list price, and the salesperson believes the seller will reject it. What must the salesperson do?
- Promptly tender the offer to the seller
- Hold the offer until a higher offer arrives, then present both
- Return the offer to the buyer's licensee with a suggested higher price instead of presenting it
- Present the offer only if the qualifying broker approves it first
Answer and explanation
Answer A: Promptly tender the offer to the seller
A licensee must promptly tender to the client or customer any signed offer made to that person. The licensee's opinion that the offer is too low does not change this duty. Holding the offer for a better one, screening it out, or waiting for broker approval would each fail the requirement to tender it promptly.
